Welcome to Sestri Sea Service. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website (sestriseaservice.com) and boat tour services. By booking a tour or using our website, you agree to these Terms.

- “Skipper”: The licensed captain operating the vessel
4. Booking and Reservations
4.1 How to Book
Bookings can be made through:
- Our website via Holidoit
- Direct contact via phone, email, or WhatsApp
4.2 Booking Confirmation
A booking is confirmed only when:
- You receive written confirmation from us (email or message)
- Any required deposit has been received
4.3 Accuracy of Information
You are responsible for providing accurate information when booking, including:
- Number of guests
- Contact details
- Any special requirements or health conditions
4.4 Group Size
Our tours accommodate groups as specified in the tour description. Please contact us in advance for larger groups.
5. Pricing and Payment
5.1 Tour Prices
Current prices are displayed on our website:
- Half Day Tour: €600 per boat
- Full Day Tour: €900 per boat
- Sunset Tour: €800 per boat
Prices are for the entire boat (not per person) and include:
- Professional skipper
- Fuel
- Aperitivo and drinks
- Towels
- Snorkeling equipment
- Water toys
5.2 Payment Terms
- Deposit: A deposit may be required to secure your booking
- Balance: Full payment is due before or on the day of the tour
- Payment Methods: Bank transfer, cash, or as specified at time of booking
5.3 Price Changes
Prices may change without notice. However, confirmed bookings will be honored at the agreed price.
6. Cancellation Policy
6.1 Cancellation by Guest

6.2 Cancellation by Sestri Sea Service
We reserve the right to cancel a tour due to:
- Adverse weather conditions (safety priority)
- Mechanical issues with the vessel
- Insufficient bookings (for shared tours, if applicable)
- Force majeure events
In case of cancellation by us, you will receive:
- A full refund, OR
- The option to reschedule to an alternative date
6.3 Weather Conditions
Safety is our priority. The skipper has final authority on weather-related decisions. If conditions are deemed unsafe:
- We will attempt to reschedule
- If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be provided
7. Tour Conditions
7.1 Departure Times and Locations
- Departure times and locations are confirmed at booking
- Please arrive at least 15 minutes before departure
- Late arrivals may result in shortened tour duration without refund
7.2 Tour Itinerary
Itineraries are indicative and may be modified by the skipper due to:
- Weather and sea conditions
- Safety considerations
- Crowding at popular locations
7.3 Duration
Tour durations are approximate. Actual duration may vary based on conditions and group preferences.
8. Guest Responsibilities
8.1 Behavior
All guests must:
- Follow the skipper’s instructions at all times
- Behave responsibly and respectfully
- Not engage in illegal activities
- Not bring prohibited items on board
8.2 Health and Safety
Guests must:
- Inform us of any medical conditions that may affect participation
- Inform us of any swimming limitations
- Not be under the influence of excessive alcohol or drugs
8.3 Children
- Children must be supervised by adults at all times
- Life jackets are available for all ages
- Please inform us of children’s ages at booking
8.4 Prohibited Items
The following are not permitted on board:
- Illegal substances
- Glass bottles (unless provided by us)
- Items that may damage the vessel
9. Liability and Insurance
9.1 Our Liability
Sestri Sea Service:
- Carries appropriate marine liability insurance
- Takes reasonable care for guest safety
- Is not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings
- Is not liable for injuries resulting from guest negligence or failure to follow instructions
9.2 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the tour price paid.
9.3 Guest Insurance
We recommend guests have appropriate travel insurance covering:
- Trip cancellation
- Medical expenses
- Personal belongings
10. Swimming and Water Activities
10.1 Swimming
Swimming stops are included in our tours. Guests:
- Swim at their own risk
- Must inform the skipper before entering the water
- Should not swim alone
- Must stay within designated areas
10.2 Snorkeling
Snorkeling equipment is provided. Guests are responsible for:
- Using equipment properly
- Informing us of any relevant health conditions
- Following safety guidelines
10.3 Non-Swimmers
Non-swimmers are welcome on our tours. Please inform us at booking so we can accommodate accordingly.
11. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:
- Severe weather
- Natural disasters
- Government actions or restrictions
- Pandemics or health emergencies
- Civil unrest
- Technical failures beyond our control
12. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and videos, is owned by Sestri Sea Service or used with permission. You may not:
- Copy or reproduce our content without permission
- Use our trademarks without authorization
13. Privacy

16. Severability
